Nurturing: Identification of Cross-Cultural Disciples

Many churches rely on an individual “call” of potential cross-cultural missionaries as the sole means of identification and confirmation of goers. The story of the Antioch church displays a model of mutual calling and affirmation. Churches have a primary role of discipleship, observation and preparation of potential candidates, which develops trust for a unique partnership. What practices are indispensable in this nurturing process?
