Welcome to Pioneers!
Since 1999, Pioneers has had its U.S. headquarters in southeast Orlando, on the shore of Lake Whippoorwill. We are 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and within 45 minutes of most Orlando-area attractions and the Atlantic Ocean.
Our conference facility and meeting rooms are available for rental, and we have 12 hotel-style rooms for accommodations, as well as easy access to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites adjoining our campus.
We welcome donors, prayer partners, prospective missionaries, church partners and anyone interested in finding out more about Pioneers or renting our facilities to plan a visit to our campus.
Frizen Center
Frizen Center provides comfortable conference space and overnight accommodations for ministry groups. Located within minutes of the Orlando International Airport, the center offers a meeting room seating up to 80 people (or 50 with tables) and the Sun Room (with a capacity of about 25) for breakout sessions or group meetings.
Rates: Frizen Center Training Room or Sun Room is $650 for eight hours and $500 for four hours. AV is $100 for the day. Internet and network pricing is based on group size.
Trotter Center
Our conference center space, in the heart of Lake Nona and less than 15 minutes from the airport, is available to reserve for your next event.
This 5,000-square-foot conference room space is fully customizable for your group’s size and needs. Rooms are fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment for sound and visibility capabilities that will exceed your expectations. We also offer a fully staffed commercial kitchen and can provide food and drink options, if desired.
Room rates start at $625 for four hours and $750 for eight hours and are based on the amount of space and any additional requirements. We are excited about the opportunity to host you and your group. AV is $100 for the day. Internet and networking pricing based on group size.
Reserve a room to stay
Choose Frizen Center for a solitary retreat or relaxing family vacation. All overnight guests can enjoy access to the Sun Room lounge area (when not in use) as well as other campus amenities, including a playground for children and guest laundry facilities.
Our comfortable rooms contain a coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, tea kettle, toaster, smart TV and wireless internet. Linens and towels are provided. Daily maid service is not available, though a housekeeping team is on call during the day.
Suites (4). Maximum occupancy: four adults plus children
Each suite includes one king bed and a trundle bed (a full-sized bed with a twin-sized trundle bed beneath it) and a pull-out sofa bed in the main living/kitchenette area. Several folding cribs (pack and plays) are also available. A complete set of dishes, glassware and flatware is included. Suite pricing per night is $110 + tax.
Efficiency units (4). Maximum occupancy: two adults plus children
Each unit includes one queen-sized bed, a pull-out sofa bed and a large living space with a kitchenette. A complete set of dishes, glassware and flatware is included. Efficiency pricing per night is $105 + tax.
Single queen units (4). Maximum occupancy: two
Each unit has one queen-sized bed. A coffee maker, small refrigerator and microwave are provided. Single unit pricing per night is $100 + tax.
Single twin units (3). Maximum occupancy: two
Each until has two twin-sized beds. A coffee maker, small refrigerator and microwave are provided. Single unit pricing per night is $100 + tax.
Schedule a tour
If you are a Pioneers donor or prayer partner, considering becoming a missionary, representing a church or interested in renting our facilities, we welcome you to schedule a visit. Tours of our campus can be flexible, based on your group’s areas of interest, but they usually don’t take more than an hour and a half.
After you complete the form below, we will contact you within two business days to schedule a tour. Please understand that, due to schedules, other campus events and staff availability, we may not be able to accommodate your timeframe or group, but we will do our best.
