Pioneers offers flexible event, conference and meeting space for rent in Orlando, Florida. We're less than 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO). Our campus features indoor and outdoor spaces accommodating anywhere from 5 to 450 guests. Every space includes on-site parking, audio-visual equipment, a fully staffed commercial kitchen and catering.

Our largest venue, the Trotter Center (Fletcher Convention Hall) offers 5,000 square feet of fully customizable conference space in the heart of Lake Nona. It's equipped with professional audio-visual equipment for performances and presentations, and pairs with a fully staffed commercial kitchen for on-site food and drink service. Ideal for conferences, conventions and large gatherings of up to 450 guests.

Frizen Center
