Since 1999, Pioneers has had its U.S. headquarters in southeast Orlando, on the shore of Lake Whippoorwill. We are 15 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO) and within 45 minutes of most Orlando-area attractions and the Atlantic Ocean.

Our conference facility and meeting rooms are available for rental, and we have hotel-style rooms for accommodations, as well as easy access to the Holiday Inn Express & Suites adjoining our campus.

Single queen units with a maximum occupancy of two.

Choose Frizen Center for a solitary retreat or relaxing family vacation. All overnight guests can enjoy access to the Sun Room lounge area (when not in use) as well as other campus amenities, including a playground for children and guest laundry facilities.

Our comfortable rooms contain a coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, tea kettle, toaster, smart TV and wireless internet. Linens and towels are provided. Daily maid service is not available, though a housekeeping team is on call during the day.

Suites with a maximum occupancy of four adults plus children.

Each suite includes one king bed and a trundle bed (a full-sized bed with a twin-sized trundle bed beneath it) and a pull-out sofa bed in the main living/kitchenette area. Several folding cribs (pack and plays) are also available. A complete set of dishes, glassware and flatware is included. Suite pricing per night is $165 + tax.

Efficiency units with a maximum occupancy of two adults plus children.

Each unit includes one queen-sized bed, a pull-out sofa bed and a large living space with a kitchenette. A complete set of dishes, glassware and flatware is included. Efficiency pricing per night is $139+ tax.
