Attend orientation

Learn more about us by coming to Pioneers in sunny Orlando, Florida for a five-day event we call Explore.

Expect to come away with a personalized pre-field training plan, with tasks and steps to help you go to the field well prepared.

Five

Build your support team

You’ll need an active team of supporters who will pray fervently and give financially to help you thrive on the field. Our coaches will help along the way!

Six

Get trained

After completing your pre-field preparation and raising support, you’ve got one more stop: Launch. This final five-day training event in Orlando ensures you are ready to go to the field.

We make a case for why pre-field preparation is so important. Don’t sleep on it!

Seven

Go ahead!

This step is simple: GO! Buy your plane tickets, pack your bags and say your goodbyes.

Receive ongoing care

This final step is less of an actual step and more of an ongoing process of Pioneers caring for you while you live and minister cross-culturally.

Team leaders and teammates are the primary source of member care, but regional leaders and a skilled member development team are ready to come alongside you as needed.
