You step into a summer that is anything but ordinary. Your days are lived in close community, surrounded by the sights, smells, rhythms and relationships of life in Mexico, where ministry happens face-to-face, table-to-table and hand-to-hand. You’ll live simply, laugh often, share meals and learn what it looks like to walk faithfully with people rather than rush past them. This is a place where presence matters deeply, and relationships open doors no program ever could.

You will serve within the Deaf community. Many Deaf individuals have never experienced the gospel in a language they fully understand. You’ll spend your summer learning Mexican Sign Language, entering Deaf culture with humility and sharing the gospel visually and relationally. Ministry happens through Deaf gatherings, Bible studies, prayer, discipleship and everyday life together. You won’t just observe—you’ll participate.

Your team will live, serve and grow together. You’ll be challenged spiritually, stretched relationally and invited to depend on the Lord in new ways. Our goal is not perfection, but obedience—learning how God works through faithfulness, availability and love. You’ll also observe the foundations of church-planting movements and how access, discipleship and multiplication work together.

The Deaf in this region have historically been spiritually isolated, but today God is moving. What began with a few relationships has grown into a small community of Deaf believers, learning to share their faith and growing in their hunger for God’s Word.
